We have a proven track record of career progression within the organisation; but this is only possible if our team’s knowledge and skills are continually developed and regularly challenged. ECS Services provides both internal and external training options for all employees.
ECS Services has established a strong industrial relations framework to support staff in the delivery of our services and to offer them the opportunity for fully funded ‘tertiary study’ to attain qualifications in nationally recognized courses. Upskilling of existing staff enhances our business profile as an employer of choice as well as one that delivers quality project outcomes on the back of skilled, qualified staff. This is not however, only seen as a business investment. The additional skills and knowledge gained by staff is invaluable to their own career progression and ongoing development.
ECS Services is committed to continuous improvement and recognized business management practices. Our Integrated management model consists of individual Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. These systems are independently audited annually by a Third Party Certification Organisation and are fully compliant with national and international standards including AS/NZ 4801:2001, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.
